Ms. Snyder earned her B.S. in biology from the University of Michigan.  Upon graduation she continued her education at Finch University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School earning a masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2003.

She has been a practicing physician assistant for over eight years.  In addition to 4 years of experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology Ms. Snyder has also worked in primary care and obstetrics and gynecology.

Ms. Snyder joined The Kest Clinic in 2008.  She has a special interest in dermoscopy a noninvasive diagnostic technique for the early diagnosis of melanoma and the evaluation of other lesions on the skin that are not as well seen with the naked eye.

Ms. Snyder is a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
